A size 10 Village Deed. It is located 10 minutes south-west on Newtown. The village was founded at the beginning of Gold 2. Based in a cove near twin-peaks mountain, it is near several homesteads and the un-deeded community of Atlantis.
On Nov 18, 2007 it was auctioned, sold and came under new ownership.
