Currently appears Can only have 1 Truehit effect active so subsequent casts from the first will attempt to stack randomly and recast can either create a new stack, improve a previous stack, or failthe power. Very good for [[channeling]] skill gain due to the favor cost and ability to repeatedly cast on self.
