Changes

Some items that can be combined are [[iron lump]] (which needs to be [[glowing hot]] for this), [[wood scrap]] (very usefull when feeding ie. forges with them), [[rock shards]], [[cotton]], [[clay]] etc.

To combine 2 items, [[activate]] the first item then right-click the second item and select "Combine".
