added overheat reference
[[Fighting]] and its subskills increase mind speed gain, as well as training fighting with a [[practice doll]]. Mind speed can no longer be raised using a [[yoyo]].
Mind speed also has an impact on channelling and the higher your mind speed, the longer you can go before you [[overheat]].
