== Method ==
Put [[meat]] or [[fish]] with [[potato]], [[bread]], [[corn]], or [[pumpkin]] and a spice in a [[stone oven]], [[stone forge]], or a fire. Wait untill all the food is searing, then place one [[meat]]/[[fish]] + [[potato]]/[[pumpkin]] + spice, you will recieve an instant meal. ( heats heat is applied faster out of the a pan/or bowl).
Make sure you place the meat/fish + vegietable [[Vegatables|vegetable]] into the pan when they are cold so you can examine it and see the outcome so you don't get a stew or casserole. The meal will most of the time mimic your hot food cooking skillin it's [[QL]], which is its maximum, but it can occasionally go under it.

* If you are new to the game, examine the container you put the spices and meat or fish in before you cook it. Then you can make sure you are cooking up the right food.
