Clarified note.
Casting it on a cavewall will reinforce it. (Please be careful as a reinforced tile can only be removed by a deed mayor)
The tile will keep it's original quality, regardless of if it was a Rock or Vein tile before being mined out. (note that i.e. Mining a wall into a passage does not effect the Vein ql will transfer to Rock qltile's QL.)
