high guard level = more guards
Village deeds require upkeep which is taken from an upkeep fund that everybody can donate to from the deed. You donate money to the upkeep from your bank account.<br>
The village empties the upkeep fund continously though the cost can be measured per month.<br>
The upkeep cost depends on your guard level and is a percentage of the deed's original purchase cost.<br>The higher the guard level, the more guards you will have.
