With six or more listeners the preacher's faith gains through prayer are reset to five. This can be done every three hours per a priest.

Sermons now give 0.02 faith per follower in area + 0.02 (priest), Min follower seems like it's 5 1 and max gain seems like its 2.50 (not sure)
The frequency is limited to every three hours for a priests. Although, within this window that same preacher can be a listener in another priest's sermon.
