==Making of an Altar==
When creating a gold altar where you are standing is where the altar will appear, after that it can NOT be moved from where it is created! (can be pushed pulled and turned just not picked up)
Improving it requires the standard jewelsmithing or blacksmithing tools, only exception is you dont have to have the altar glowing, as there is no way you can put it in a fire, or forge.
