Please add A full set of leather armour is the bare minimum for fighting lava spiders at lower fighting skill levels. Chain/plate armour is more fighting tipssuitable when facing a spider or any other animal that bites. Lava spiders should generally not be attempted until over 20 FS. This is dependent on skills such as [[weapon]] skill and [[shield]] skill, as well as the quality of the equipment being used (armour and weapons).
