What is the standard for deciding how many items a container can hold? Is it total combined item weight (for instance, huge tub has 250 cotton listed - 250 combined cottons?), or theoretical item max (Since no container holds more than 100 items)?--Elshar 14:15, 6 May 2009 (CDT)
- I think there was a change at some point, I am convinced that it was possible to add more than 800kg of ore into a small cart (40 x 20kg) if you combined them to, say, 100kg pieces. This is no longer entirely possible, it will now fit 8 x 100kg and 2 x 20kg if I recall correctly.
- Which means that a combined items weight didn't change its volume of one uncombined piece of the item. But it seems it does now.
- Maybe the person who filled that 250 in based it on the math, dividing tub capacity by cotton volume? *shrugs* Guess it needs further research ^___^ --Ulviirala 07:31, 8 May 2009 (CDT)
