→Ownership: Added a note that locks don't stop picking them up.
*If anyone puts an item into an empty planted BSB, they now become the owner. (Suspected Bug ?)
*A locked BSB prevents anyone from using the BSB
*It's been reported that empty, locked, planted BSB can be picked up also.
