* Glimmersteel plate has the same movement speed as [[steel]] plate and [[adamantine]] plate.
* Glimmersteel plate has higher damage reduction than [[dragon scale]] and is on par with [[seryll]] plate, up to 80% damage reduction at 100 ql.
* Glimmersteel weapons have a 10% faster swing timer.
* Glimmersteel armor has higher damage reduction than armor made from normal materials, as well as that made from [[adamantine]].* [[Adamantine]] is obtained through the same means as glimmersteel. The damage reduction is the same as seryll.
